Paul Francis Campbell, age 78 of LaFollette went home to be with the Lord Thursday, January 31, 2019. He was a loving husband of 56 years, loving father, and grandfather that enjoyed spending time with his family. He also enjoyed working in his garden and spending time outdoors.

Paul also loved to sit on the front porch and greet his neighbors, and he never met a stranger. He is preceded in death by parents Frank and Bessie (Heatherly) Campbell; brothers Chester, Lester, George, and Dillard Campbell; sister Evelyn McCullah. He is survived by wife Irene Sue (Witt) Campbell; sons Clayton Campbell of LaFollette, Jeff Campbell & wife Jewell of Knoxville; daughters Diana Lamphear & husband Robert of Kansas City, Missouri, Penny Campbell of Nashville, Robin Overbay & husband Daryl of Caryville, Paula Robbins of Jellico; brothers James, Silas, and Matthew Campbell; sisters Francis Lovely of LaFollette; grandchildren Christiana Madrigal & husband Alvaro of Texas, Leon Lamphear, Miranda Blackwell, Briana Conner, Cade and Corina Overbay.

Visitation will be 5-8 PM Sunday, February 3, 2019 in the chapel of Martin Wilson Funeral Home followed by funeral service at 8 PM with Rev. Ronnie Arnold officiating. Friends and family will meet 10:15 AM Monday, February 4, 2019 at Martin Wilson Funeral Home to go in procession to Powell Valley Cemetery for the interment.
