Paul’s Obituary Paul Larry Willoughby of Cumming, Georgia passed away on Friday April 12, 2019. Paul and his loving wife Kathy were married for 55 years. He was a retired manager of State Farm Insurance.

Paul was predeceased by his parents Orville and Laron Willoughby. Paul was survived by his loving wife Kathy. His Children Mark Willoughby of Olympia, Washington and Monica Stouder (Tim) of Pontevedra, Florida.

He was also survived by his brothers and sister Genet Willoughby (Barb) of Clinton, Illinois, Jerry Willoughby (Carol) of Clinton, Illinois, and Patricia Lord of Clinton, Illinois. Paul had three grandchildren Keegan Willoughby, Ryker Willoughby, and Dominic Stouder. Condolences may be expressed at www.
