Obituary Paul N. Fletcher, Sr., 74, of Hot Springs, Arkansas, passed away May 20, 2019. He was born October 9, 1944, in Pine Bluff to Thomas Orr Fletcher, Jr. and Keturah (Neely) Fletcher. Paul was a graduate of Pine Bluff High School and attended the University of Arkansas and the University of Central Arkansas.

He served in the Army Reserves for 11 years and later worked in Human Res for Tyson Foods for 31 years.
