Paul N. Popovic passed away peacefully on Monday, June 4, 2018, while holding the hand of his loving wife of 25 years, Cheryl Haus. Son of the late Paul R. Popovic and Anne Ursula Rothart Popovic of Cleveland, Ohio. In addition to his wife, Cheryl, he is survived by his daughter Tanna Lambert (Levi), and granddaughter Talyn of Austin, Texas.

Also survived by brother David (Colleen) Popovic, nephews Sean and Jordan (Jessica) Popovic of Austin, Texas. He was preceded in death by grandson Gunner Lambert. Also survived by sister-in-law Chris (Mickey) Scheafer, Pittsburgh, PA , brother-in-law Chuck (Mary Jane) and their children, Benjamin and Jacqueline Haus of Upper St. Clair, PA.

Paul was a graduate of the University of Miami, Fl. and a member of Sigma Nu Fraternity. He played football and baseball for the Miami Hurricanes and went on to play minor-league baseball for the Cleveland Indians’ organization.

He remained a life-long Cleveland sports fan. Paul spent his career in three-dimensional design and marketing. While his company, the Westerly Group, Inc. focused on the trade show industry, his designs are also found in airport terminals, museums and other public venues.

Paul generously shared his talents with local organizations, including St. Paul Cathedral where he chaired the Renovation Committee. As an avid golfer, Paul was a member of Chartiers Country Club, serving on the Board as Chairman of the House Committee and spear-headed the modernization of the club facilities. Remembrance Mass celebrated at St. Paul Cathedral, Fifth Avenue at Craig Street, Oakland, PA.

15213, June 15, 2018, at 10:00 am. Friends and relatives will be received 30 minutes prior to Mass, with private interment at a later date. Paul’s favorite charity was St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105, should you wish to donate in his memory.
