Martin, 79, of Ormond Beach went to be with the Lord on February 12, 2019 at Advent Health Hospital in Daytona Beach. He was born in Buffalo, NY on April 1, 1939 to Robert and Emma Martin. He graduated from Lake Shore Central High School in 1957, where he met his high school sweetheart, Madelyn and they were married in May 1960.

He served in the US Army from 1959 to 1960 and spent 13 months in Viet Nam. From 1965 to 1995, when he retired, he served as Supervisor/Manager in the computer field in many companies, the last being DBCC (now Daytona State). He was a member of St. Timothy’s Episcopal Church and longtime member of Church of the Holy Child.

He is survived by his devoted wife Madelyn, 2 daughters Cindy Herring (Rick) of Palm Coast, and Mona Munn (Johnnie) of Missouri. He was predeceased by his Son Troy. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, Ricky (Michelle), Dawn (Brandon), Melody (Chris), Sean, Sara (Ricky), 2 step grandchildren Melinda and Cody; and 5 great grandchildren Kayla, Kelsey, Braydon, Sydny, and Maxwell.

Paul was predeceased by his brothers Johnnie, Martie, Wesley and his sisters Cathleen and Imogene. He is survived by his sister Claudia and brothers Jessie, Donnie, Jerry, Howie, Kevin and Denny. Paul was an avid animal lover, so in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Halifax Humane Society, 2364 LPGA Blvd, Daytona Beach, 32124 or to the Church of the Holy Child in his name.

A celebration of Life will be held on Sat. , Feb 23, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at the Church of the Holy Child, 1225 W. Granada Blvd, Ormond Beach. SERVICES Celebration of Life Saturday, February 23, 2019 1:00 PM Church of the Holy Child 1225 W. Granada Blvd.
