He was born to the late George and Pearl (Albin) Williams on November 18, 1924, in Clarksburg, Missouri. Paul served his country proudly in the U.S. Navy during WWII in Japan during and after the war.

He was a member of Our Lady of Czestochowa Parish (St. Hyacinth Church), the St. Vincent de Paul Society and was past president of the Holy Name Society at St. Hyacinth.
