Paul John Stacey, age 75, formerly of West Harrison and Milan, passed away on March 2, 2019, at the Waters of Batesville. Paul was born on May 17, 1943 in Cincinnati, Ohio to Cogle and Louise (nee Hibbard) Stacey. He married Sheila Ellington on August 3, 1963.

They were blessed with 4 children: Paul Jr., Cathy, Jeffrey, and Charlotte. He started Stacey Masonry and was the owner operator until his retirement. Paul was preceded in death by his loving wife Sheila Stacey; son: Paul Jr.; brother: Robert Stacey and sister: Lottie Snow.

Those left to cherish his memory are his children: Cathy (Ken) Nickoson, Jeffrey Stacey, and Charlotte Gerth; wonderful grandchildren: Korbin (Jenna Smith), Knoah (McKenzie) & Keegan Nickoson, Jeffrey, Jared, Leila and Zachary Stacey, Francis & William Gerth, Ashlie (Alberto) Xolo, and Tatiana (Ryan) Harlan; great grandchildren: Alberto & Elena Xolo & Charlotte Harlan; dear siblings: Ed (Walt Bird) Stacey, Dolores Saur, Frances Schwering, Jane Perna, and Geraldine Gecks. Also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family. Visitation will be on Monday, March 4, 2019 from 5 to 8 pm at Brater Winter Funeral Home, 201 S. Vine St. Harrison, OH 45030.

Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday at 11 AM in the Funeral Home. Mark Garrett will be conducting the services. Burial will follow at New Haven Cemetery The family would like to thank the staff at the Waters of Batesville for the wonderful care and compassion they have given Paul for the past 4 years.
