Obituary for Penny Halbert Ellen M. “Penny” Halbert, was born on February 25, 1961 in Salem, Missouri, a daughter to the late Walter Pidcock and the late Lilly Jane (Eckhoff) Pidcock. Penny entered eternal rest on Thursday, February 28, 2019 at Washington County Memorial Hospital having reached fifty-eight years of age. In addition to her parents, Penny is preceded in death by her daughter, Rachel Halbert; sister, Lilly Diane Eckhoff, and brothers: Walter Pidcock, David Pidcock and Jimmy Dale Pidcock.

Penny is survived by her son, Russell Halbert; four siblings: Michael (Evelyn) Pidcock, Sally (Wayne) Brooks, Jeanie (Robert) Hanson, and Jennifer (Brian) Odell; one grandson, Jace Halbert; and several dear nieces, nephews and friends. Visitation for Penny will be held on Saturday, March 2, 2018 at DeClue Funeral Home beginning at 11:00 AM. Funeral services will begin at 1:00 PM with Elder Leonard Compton officiating.
