Peter Edward Dietz, 71, passed away May 18, 2018 at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield. He was born in Bronx, New York to the late Edward E. and Grace (Wickham) Dietz. Peter served honorably in the United States Navy during Vietnam and also served in the Army National Guard of Massachusetts for over 20 years.

He was predeceased by his wife, Joan (Handleman) Dietz. Burial with military honors will be held on Friday, June 1, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at the Massachusetts Veterans’ Memorial Cemetery, Agawam.
