OBITUARY Peter G. Ferland Sr. March 24, 1975 – November 21, 2018 Peter George Ferland, Sr., age 43, passed away on November 21, 2018. He was the son of Charles Ferland and the late Kathleen (Bolger) Donofry. Peter worked as an Electrician and had a passion for the gym and any type of exercise.

He will be remembered as a loving and devoted father. He is survived by his children, Peter G. Ferland, Jr., of Swansea, Hayleigh Dootson, Emma Ferland and Morgan Ferland, all of New Bedford; his father, Charles Ferland of Spring Hill, FL; sister, Nicole Coons of Beaumont, TX and his former wife Renee Lavoie of New Bedford. His Funeral will be held on Saturday, December 1, 2018 at 10:00 AM from the Waring-Sullivan Home at Cherry Place, 178 Winter St., Fall River followed is a Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM in Saint Louis de France Church, 56 Buffington St., Swansea.

Burial will be private. Visiting hours are Saturday from 8:00-10:00 AM.
