OBITUARY Mr. Phil Waylan Rogers October 16, 1933 – January 1, 2019 I, Phil Waylan Rogers, was born October 16, 1933 and passed January 1, 2019 at home in Eustace, Texas. I was born in Pleasant Glade, Texas and was raised by loving parents, grandparents and family. Working in the cotton fields, oil fields, and in education.

My education at Pleasant Glade and Canton, Texas were my inspirations and helped to nurture my regard for education. Having memberships and working in the Lion’s Club, Masonic Lodge and Shriners were many years of me serving my community. I leave behind my wife, Billie Orvadeen, my children; Phil Waylan and Debbie Rogers, Bobby and Magda Rogers, and Toni Rogers, grandchildren; Cassie Rogers, Robert Kirkley, Heath Houghton, William Clay Rogers, Cole King Rogers, Haleigh Rogers and Mason Houghton, and two great-grandchildren.

My family who has passed before me are parents; Otis and Annie (York) Rogers, Alta Rogers, grandparents; Charles Nathan and Malinda York, Jesse and Margaret Rogers, daughters; Karen and Lori, siblings; J.O. Rogers, Christina (Rogers) Estes, Adele (Rogers) Lukes, Lois Louise and Jessine. FAMILY Otis and Annie (York) Rogers, Parents Alta Rogers, Parent Charles Nathan and Malinda York, Grandparents Jesse and Margaret Rogers, Grandparents Karen and Lori, Daughters J.O. Rogers, Christina (Rogers) Estes, Adele (Rogers) Lukes, Lois Louise and Jessine, Siblings Billie Orvadeen Rogers, Loving Wife Phil Waylan Rogers and Debbie, Son and Wife Bobby Rogers and Magda, Son and Wife Toni Rogers, Son Phil also leaves behind his grandchildren; Cassie Rogers, Robert Kirkley, Heath Houghton, William Clay Rogers, Cole King Rogers, Haleigh Rogers and Mason Houghton, and two great-grandchildren, other loving family members and many more lifelong friends.
