Obituary Philip Arthur Tremblay, 83, of Jaffrey, died peacefully on May 11, 2019, at Monadnock Community Hospital in Peterborough after a period of failing health. He was born on May 5, 1936, in Gardner, MA, son of the late Philip C. and Louise (Potter) Tremblay. He grew up in the area and was a 1955 graduate of Conant High School.
