Phillip “Chuck” Persenaire, 83, of Silver Lake, husband of Phyllis, passed away Saturday, January 5, 2019 in Muskegon. Visitation will be held Thursday, January 10th beginning at Noon until the memorial service at 1 p.m. all at New Era Reformed Church in New Era. Memorials may be directed to The Ladder, 67 N. State Street, Shelby, MI 49455.
