Phyllis Ann Davis, 83, of Sebring passed away Sunday, February 17, 2019. Mrs. Davis was born September 9, 1935 in Miami, FL to Wilfred M and Cecilia T (Quinn) Steil. She was of the Catholic faith and had retired from accounting services.

Phyllis was the treasurer for the Tanglewood Community for several years. She enjoyed making crafts and being with her family. Survivors include her loving husband of 62 years, Dick; children, Sarah Davis, Donna Jean Davis, Ron & Ilene Davis, Don & Norene Davis and Richard & Lori Davis; siblings, Bob Steil, Jim Steil and Mary Finn; 8 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
