Obituary for Phyllis Canfield Phyllis Campbell Canfield, 88, of 103 Ronnie Drive, Greenwood, widow of Amos Watson Canfield, Jr., died Thursday, October 11, 2018 at Hospice House. Born in Abbeville, she was a daughter of the late Jimmy and Estelle Steadman Campbell. Phyllis was a graduate of Anderson College and was the former office manager for The Index-Journal.

She was a member of Cokesbury United Methodist Church where she was served church treasurer. Surviving are her son, Tyler Canfield (Paula) of Abbeville; and her sister, Peggy Cann (Billy) of Calhoun Falls. A memorial service will be held at 3 pm on Sunday at Harley Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev.

Ashley McCoy-Bruce and Rev. Craig Scott officiating. The family will receive friends before the service at the funeral home from 2-3 pm.
