Visitation 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm Sunday, November 11, 2018 followed by a prayer service at 3:00 pm at Lucas Funeral Home, Hurst. Phyllis was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Seviek, and brother, James Bradfield.

She is survived by her daughters, Nancy Schwartz and Linda Kinnel and husband, Charles,;sons, Joe Seviek and wife, Theresa, and Charles Seviek; grandchildren, Jeffrey Schwartz, Michael Schwartz and Katherine Kinnel; sister, Carol Yanowski; brother, Edward Bradfield; and many other extended family and friends.
