Phyllis Joy Branning, 63, of Tallahassee, passed into Heaven’s gates on Thursday, March 14, 2019. A daughter of the late Edwin and Edna Deuble Ludwig, she was born in Buffalo, New York on August 5, 1955. She was a retired circuit court clerk.

She is survived by her husband, Darrell J. Branning; sons, Bryce Branning Wood and Daryl Brent Branning; six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. A memorial service is 11:00 AM, Monday, March 18, 2019, at Abbey Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Covenant Care Hospice or the Moffett Cancer Center.
