OBITUARY Priscilla Kinnear July 3, 1930 – September 10, 2018 Priscilla (Bryant) Kinnear, of Pocasset passed away on Monday, September 10th, 2018 at Keystone Place at Buzzards Bay. She loved all her nurses and CNA’s in the Bay who all took such good care of her and loved her back. Also the Beacon Hospice nurses Karen and Pam and CNA Jennifer who were also her extended family.

She was the wife of the late Donald Edwin Kinnear. They had met as teenagers on Lake Sunapee in NH and were married for 65 years. Born in Waltham, MA, a daughter of the late Raymond and Evelyn (Jardine) Bryant.

Mrs. Kinnear had worked as a secretary for many years for Harvard University in the President’s Office. She had resided in Cape Cod for 25 years. She enjoyed gardening and was a very active parishioner at her church.

Soon after her retirement she volunteered at Peebles Elementary School. She was also a member of the Bourne Senior Center and faithfully did yoga 2 days a week and also enjoyed her walks around Patuisset Island. But most recently, she loved her time spent with her family and great grandson and great granddaughter for walks along the canal and then to the park to watch her great grandchildren play.

She is survived by a daughter, Robin D. Mastrorilli and her husband Francis of Pocasset; a son, Glen B. Kinnear and his dear friend Kay Deck of Groton, MA; 2 sisters, Barbara Sanborn of Cape Elizabeth, Maine and Sandra Metts of Belmont, MA; 2 granddaughters, Melissa R. Mastrorilli and Ashley M. Ruka her husband Brian; 2 great-grandchildren, Brody Francis Ruka and Avery Ellen Ruka. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Service on Saturday, September 15, 2018 at 12:00 p.m. at the John Wesley United Methodist Church located at 270 Gifford Street in Falmouth, MA. Visitation prior to the service at the church 11:00 to 12:00 p.m. Interment is private.

Arrangements by the Nickerson Bourne Funeral Home at 40 MacArthur Blvd. , Bourne, MA. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to Beacon Hospice Plymouth located at 32 Resnik Road, Suite 3 Plymouth, MA 02360.
