Obituary for Priscilla L. Stewart Priscilla Stewart Age 69, of Allegheny Twp. , passed away peacefully at home with family by her side on Tuesday, January 1, 2019. Known by friends and family for her endless joy, beaming smile and sparkling personality, Priscilla was always the brightest light in any room.

Her family will miss her constant laugh, ongoing support and loving encouragement the most. Though her decades-long career included positions with GMAC, Clarke American, Mellon Bank, the Tampa Tribune and the Pittsburgh and Greensburg Tribune-Review, Priscilla’s favorite work was at home where decorating projects and gardening filled her free time. She also appreciated a crisp glass of wine.

She most looked forward to summertime activities outdoors, family vacations and her annual trip overseas with her son, Philip. Priscilla is survived by son, Philip Stewart; sister, Phyllis Creer; brother, Frederick Evans, II; nieces and nephew, Melissa Bruner, Tasha Shupe, Brandee Hollis, Matthew Bechtel and Katelyn Bechtel, as well as numerous great-nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by sister, Sandra Bechtel; and her parents, Frederick and Dolores (Mills) Evans.

A service in memory of Priscilla will be held Sunday, January 13, 2018 at Bethesda Evangelical Lutheran Church, 3084 Leechburg Road, Lower Burrell, PA. The Memorial Reception will begin at 1:00 p.m., followed by a Celebration of Life Service at 1:30 p.m. Those who so desire may send flowers directly to the church for delivery the day before the service. Memorial donations in memory of Priscilla may also be made to the American Cancer Society, www.
