Obituary for R. Chuck Schwartz Jr. Chuck Schwartz, age 59 of Crystal Lake passed away September 7, 2018 at his home. He was born August 16, 1959 in Elgin, IL. the son of Ralph and Helen Schwartz, they precede him in death.

He is survived by his siblings: Christine Schwartz, Cathleen (Phillip) Bava, Craig (Linnea) Schwartz, Constance (Richard) Ballantine, Cynthia (Joseph) Corrado and Chadwick Schwartz as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. There will be a visitation for Chuck on Wednesday, September 12, 2018 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the Kahle-Moore Funeral Home, 403 Silver Lake Rd. , Cary.

Funeral Mass Thursday, September 13th at 11:00 AM at St. Thomas The Apostle Church, 451 E. Terra Cotta, Crystal Lake and will be followed by burial at Windridge Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers the family is asking for Masses to be offered for the repose of Chuck’s soul in a series of Gregorian Masses or to JourneyCare Hospice.
