Rachel K. Chabowski (nee Dolderer), 64, of Ingleside, died Saturday, March 9, 2019, at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital, Park Ridge. Born July 24, 1954, in Oak Park, to the late William and Delores (nee Garron) Dolderer, Rachel married Bobby A. Chabowski on July 9, 2005. Rachel was raised in Carpentersville and went on to work at Cole Parmer in Vernon Hills.

She loved all dogs (especially Pugs), koala bears, computers, and Facebook/social media games. Survivors include her husband, Bobby; children, David (Anita), Aaron (Sonjia), and Vanessa Neff; stepchildren, Tammy (Jose Hernandez) Lawrence, Tom Chabowski, and Teresa Stacey; grandchildren, Alex, Andy, Derek, Deborah, Rebekkah, Lori, Victoria, Nadia, Jacob, Stella, and Elena; and siblings, Melissa, Denise, and Dawn Dolderer. In addition to her parents, Rachel was preceded in death by her sister, Karen Dolderer.

A memorial visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until the celebration of Rachel’s life at 12 p.m., Friday, March 15, 2019, at Hamsher Lakeside Funerals and Cremations, 12 N. Pistakee Lake Rd. , Fox Lake. Memorial contributions to the family are appreciated.
