RaeAnn M. Hughes RACINE – RaeAnn M. Hughes, 59, passed away on Saturday, March 2, 2019. RaeAnn was born in Racine on September 14, 1959 to Raymond and Ruth Dixon. She is survived by her sons, Matthew (Carrie Huestens) Madisen and David (Ellyn) Madisen; several grandchildren; her brothers, Brian Dixon and Ron Dixon; cousin, Tracey Fox and her longtime companion, John Allen.
