OBITUARY Ralph Eugene O’Connor March 25, 1972 – February 1, 2019 Ralph Eugene O’Connor was born March 25, 1972 to Gary (deceased) and Barbara O’Connor. Ralph died February 1, 2019 waiting to have his 6th open heart surgery. He was born with a congenital heart defect, but he never let it hold him back.

Ralph played basketball, baseball, and soccer. He was an Eagle Scout, and graduated from Coronado High School in 1991. Ralph passed the Nursing Assistant Program offered at Scottsdale Heritage Court.

He worked as a CNA at Plaza Healthcare and HonorHealth until 2018. Ralph was a very caring nurse. He was preceded in death by his father, Gary O’Connor.

Ralph is survived by his mother, Barbara; brother, Michael (Cheryl); and nephew, Michael G. A celebration of life will be on Saturday, February 9 at 1:00 PM held at 401 N Hayden Rd in Scottsdale. Donations in Ralph’s name can be made to the AZ Animal Welfare League designated for cat rescue.
