Ralph ‘Zip’ Cota, age 83, of Dallas, GA. , passed away on Thursday, April 26, 2018. He was born on December 17, 1934 in Harpers Ferry, Iowa to the late William and Celia Cota.

Mr. Cota was a retired veteran for the U.S Navy and was a line technician for U.S. West Phone Company. He was of Catholic faith. He is preceded in death by his wife of 46 years, Vira ‘Bobbie’ Cota, his parents, and his brother, Leo Cota.

Survivors include his daughter, Mary Frances Harmon of Dallas, GA. , his two grandchildren; Richard and Marley Spencer of Iowa, and his great- grandchild, JayMarion Harmon. Mr. Cota’s body has been cremated and there are no services planned at this time.

As soon as they become available they will be announced. Clark Funeral Home in Hiram, GA, is in charge of arrangements.
