Randall’s Obituary Randall Otis Whitlow, of Livonia, MI, died peacefully in his sleep on May 14, 2019, at the age of 70. Randy was born on August 27, 1948 in Pontiac, MI. He resided most of his life in the Detroit, MI area.

Some of Randy’s favorite things were good food, card games, his work, and his friends. However, nothing was more important to him than family. Randy was preceded in death by his very loving parents Lee and Ruby Whitlow and his brothers Rick Whitlow and Ronnie Whitlow.

He is survived by the mother of his children, Kathy Lord Whitlow, his sons, Steve (Elaine) Whitlow, Todd Whitlow, and Mike (Angelique) Whitlow, his grandchildren, Bryan Whitlow, Collin Whitlow, Emily Whitlow, and Drew Whitlow, his devoted sister, Kim (Mike) O’leary, their children and his nephews and niece, David O’leary, Brandon O’leary, and Kara (Ryan) Finnegan, their child and his grandnephew, James Finnegan, his nephew Rusty Whitlow, his niece Susie (Tim) Reagan, their children and his grandnieces and grandnephew, Lauren Reagan, Kelsey Reagan, Cailin Reagan, Aiden Reagan, Colin Reagan, his Aunt Geraldine Rudd of Mayfield, Kentucky, and his Aunt Martha Sue Deweese of Washington, Illinois. No formal services will be held at this time. Thank you for keeping the Whitlow family in your thoughts during this time.
