OBITUARY Raquel Griffith January 13, 1946 – August 25, 2018 Play Tribute Movie Raquel Griffith, born January 13th, 1946, of Chihuahua, Mexico, passed away on August 25th, 2018, in the city of Austin, Texas. No one who met Raquel Griffith forget her infectious personality and kindness. Raquel loved spending time with her doting husband, family, laughing, dancing and especially her adoring grandchildren.

She is survived by her loving spouse Dennis G. Griffith of 49 years; and her children, John Griffith and Daughter in Law Therese Castanon-Griffith, and Denise Guerrero and Son in Law Gregory O. Guerrero. She was the cherished Grandmother aka “Mama” of her grandchildren, Isabella “Bella” and Evan Griffith, and Sydney and Dylan Guerrero. She is further survived by her loving brother and sisters, Juan Antonio Rios, Sara Mader, and Irene Miller .

Forever in our hearts. Memorial Service for Raquel will be on Saturday, September 8th, 2018 at 10:00 am at Cook Walden/ Forest Oaks Funeral Home located at 6300 W. William Cannon, Austin TX 78749. Interment to immediatly follow at Cook-Walden/Forest Oaks Memorial Park.
