No services are planned at this time. Raul is survived by three children, Alicia Vasquez, Johnston, Iowa and Tami Vasquez and Jay Vasquez, both of La Cygne, Kansas; and two brothers, Juan and Jose Vasquez, both of Cedar Rapids.

Raul was born February 25, 1947 in Alamo, Texas, the son of Jose Sr. and Felisitas (Savedra) Vasquez. He lived in Cedar Rapids for many years and was employed at Cherry-Burrell Corporation.
