Ray’s Obituary Memorial graveside service for Ray Neal Mason, 61, of Lubbock, is scheduled for Saturday, May 18, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at Plainview Cemetery, in Plainview. Arrangements are under the direction of Allan Fuller Funeral Home in Wills Point. He passed away Thursday afternoon, April 25, 2019, in Terrell.

Ray was born on June 8, 1957 in Plainview, Texas, the son of John P. Mason and Gloria Perkins Mason. He was raised in Lockney and Dimmitt. In 1976, he graduated from Lubbock Christian High School.

Ray was formerly employed as a school bus driver for the Amarillo I.S.D. and Roberts Truck Center in Lubbock, where he worked in the maintenance department. He lived in Lubbock for thirty years prior to moving to Terrell a few months ago. In his spare time, he enjoyed golfing, Texas Longhorns and visiting with friends.

Ray attended the Greenlawn Church of Christ in Lubbock. Preceded in death by his parents, John and Gloria Mason and a sister, Paula Mason. Ray is survived by his two sisters, Cheryl Bradley & husband, Van, of Wills Point and Donna Bevill & husband, Jerry, of Plainview; nephew, Jimmie Bradley, of Bedford; niece, Lisa Gordon & husband, Kevin, of Houston; three great-nephews, Dawson Bradley, Bradley Gordon & wife, Elizabeth and Blake Gordon and great-niece, Faith Bradley.
