Obituary for Ray Vaughn Jackson RAY VAUGHN JACKSON, 75 of Delta, PA, passed away on Saturday, December 29, 2018. Married on July 3, 1991, he was the devoted husband of Cheryl Lynn (Willis) Jackson with whom he had shared 27 years of marriage. Born August 30, 1943 in West Grove, PA, he was the son of the late Everitt and M. Anita (Wason) Jackson.

After graduating from Oxford Area High School in 1961, Ray went on to serve in the United States Navy for three years. After serving our country, Ray worked for many years and then later retired from Frey Brothers, PA where he worked as a truck driver. In his spare time, he was a member of the Eagle Scouts.

Ray was loved by all who knew him and never went anywhere without his little white dog, Rosie. His family commented that he was “a loving husband, a loving father and a caring soul. We all loved him very much and will miss and cherish his kindness and memory”.

In addition to his wife, Ray is survived by; Three children: Corey Ray Jackson of Glenville, PA Cody Ray Jackson of Airville, PA April Renee McCabe of Nottingham, PA One brother, Lane Jackson of Oxford, PA Two grandchildren, Savannah Ray Jackson and Summer Rayne Miller There will be no public services or inurnment at this time.
