Raymond C. Goux, 85, of Glenville, NY, passed away Thursday, February 15, 2018 at Ellis Hospital, Schenectady, NY. He was born on June 22, 1933 in Sharon, CT to the late Edward and Rose (Sandri) Goux. Raymond graduated from Housatonic Valley Regional High School, Falls Village, CT.

He received a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Indiana Tech (1962), Fort Wayne, Indiana. He was employed at AVCO Lycoming in Stratford, CT before working for GE in Schenectady. He also served in the US Air Force and was a Korean War Veteran.

Raymond married Judith Patchen Goux on June 28, 1958 at Trinity Episcopal Church, Limerock, CT. He is survived by his wife, Judith. Funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family.

Interment, Limerock Cemetery, Limerock, CT. Contributions may be made to a charity of one’s choice . Arrangements are by the Bekkering-Ellis Funeral Home, Inc., 1 Mohawk Ave.
