Obituary for Raymond Hackett Raymond was born January 7, 1946 in Philadelphia, Pa. to the late Ulysses and late Thelma (nee Kimble) Hackett. He is an Army Veteran, having served in the Vietnam War.

Ray retired from the Philadelphia Police Dept. then worked for the Philadelphia Housing Authority. Raymond is survived by his loving daughters Hazel Lucas and Lougenia Rucker, as well as his special friend, Theresa.
