Raymond J. Henriques, Jr., of Dover, went home to be with the Lord, Thursday, August 16, 2018, in Kent General Hospital, Dover. He was 60. Ray was born January 17, 1958, in North Plainfield, New Jersey.

At an early age he joined his father in the family business, working as an auto technician. He loved everything about cars; enjoying Nascar and on-line racing. Upon turning 18, Ray joined and served proudly in the United States Army.

Ray loved spending time with his family, and his animals, Toby, Moses, & Sammie. He was preceded in death by his father, Raymond J. Henriques. Ray is survived by his wife of 37 years, Marie (Gallagher) Henriques; his mother, Barbara(Kardel) Henriques, of Middletown, Rhode Island; his children, David & Stephen Brown; Lianne Packard & husband, Michael, of Rhode Island; and Erin Dailey, of Maryland; his siblings, William Henriques, Cheryl Reynolds, Paul Henriques, and Teresa Gomes; and 2 grandchildren, Katherine Packard & Paisley.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11am, Saturday, September 22, 2018, in the Pippin Funeral Home, Inc., 119 West Camden-Wyoming Ave. , Wyoming, DE; where family and friends may gather 1 hour before. Condolences may be sent via: www.
