Dover- Raymond John Jones of Dover passed away Saturday, September 29, 2018 at Kent General Hospital, Dover. He was 71. Mr. Jones is survived by his loving wife of 46 years Bobby (Carmichael) Jones; daughter, Valerie Jones of Dover.
