Kratochvil, Sr., devoted father of Cierra Celina Kratochvil ; dear brother of Christina Gurney and her husband Michael; uncle of Anthony Heffler; cherished grandson of Betty Shields and the late Anthony C. Shields; nephew of Darlene Basta and her husband Thomas; Cindy Shields and the late Joseph Shields; great nephew of Rita and Bill Garrett; dear cousin of Kathleen Kilhefner and her husband Josh. Rusty is survived by several other family, friends, and his pride and joy and his shadow, Chaos.

Relatives and friends are invited to gather at the Burgee Henss Seitz Funeral Home, Inc., 3631 Falls Road, Baltimore, Maryland 21211 on Wednesday, September 5, 2018 from 3:00pm to 5:00pm and 7:00pm to 9:00pm with a Celebration of Rusty’s Life beginning at 4:30 pm. Interment Private.
