Raymond William Proctor, 90, of Tega Cay, passed away Monday, March 25, 2019 at home surrounded by his loving family. He was born October 24, 1928 in Elizabeth, New Jersey. The family will receive friends from 10:00 – 11:00 AM, Thursday, March 28, 2019 at Palmetto Funeral Home.

A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 11:30 AM at St. Philip Neri Catholic Church. Burial will follow.
