Rebecca “Becky” Reynolds December 28, 1939 – December 19, 2018 Local Florists Sign Guestbook| Send Private Condolences| Send Sympathy Card Becky Reynolds Gaffney, SC – – Jessie Rebecca “Becky” Thompson Reynolds, 78, of 422 Misty Lane, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, December 19, 2018 at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. Born in Gaffney, she was the daughter of the late William Jackson Thompson and Ophelia Inez Byars Thompson. She was a 1958 graduate of Gaffney High School and retired from Upstate Carolina Medical Center as an EMT-I.

She was also an instructor for many classes for the American Heart Association. She loved her family, sewing, traveling, gardening, and was a member of Corinth Baptist Church. Surviving are a son, Billy Reynolds and wife, Ranee of Asheville, NC; a daughter, Kathy Snipes and husband, Aaron of Blacksburg; two sisters, Juanita Wells of Pacolet and Patsy Thompson of Gaffney; three grandchildren, Jill Reynolds, Clay Snipes and Kallie Snipes; numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Joanne Wilson. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, December 23, 2018 in the Corinth Baptist Church Cemetery with Dr. Dwight Easler officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the Church.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to: Corinth Baptist Church, 190 Corinth Road, Gaffney, SC 29340. The family will be at their respective homes. An online guest register is available at www.
