Rebecca Miller Jump Thomson, GA—Ms. Rebecca Miller Jump, 71, entered into rest on Wednesday, July 4, 2018 at University Hospital, in Augusta, GA. Rebecca was born in Atlanta, GA, the daughter of the late Charles Addington Miller, Sr. and Johnnie Piper Miller. She had been a resident of Thomson, GA for 34 years and retired as an Administrative Assistant with the Columbia County Board of Education.

Other than her parents, she was also preceded in death by a sister, Phyllis Powell. Survivors include, her daughter, Kayla Jump of Thomson, GA, 3 sons, Clay Jump (Kimberly) of Warner Robbins, GA, Kevin Jump (Mary Kate) of Savannah, GA and Brent Jump of Groton, CT, brother, Charles Miller, Jr. of Bahama, NC, sister, Eska Wren (Mike) of Martinez, GA, nine grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. A memorial graveside service will be held at 10:00 am, Monday, July 9, 2018 at Savannah Valley Memorial Gardens, 2235 Washington Rd.

, Thomson, GA with Dr. Michael Wren officiating. The family will receive friends on Sunday, July 8, 2018 from 4:00 to 6:00 pm at Beggs Funeral Home, 799 Cobbham Rd. , Thomson, GA.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Hephzibah Baptist Church, 2527 Hwy 88, Hephzibah, GA 30815. Beggs Funeral Home, 799 Cobbham Rd. , Thomson, Georgia is honored to serve the Jump family.
