OBITUARY Mrs. Rebekah Brady January 10, 1929 – September 6, 2018 Play Tribute Movie Mrs. Rebekah Brady, age 89, of McDonough, Georgia passed away on Thursday September 6, 2018. Rebekah was born in McDonough to the late Simeon Moody and Lois Phillips Smith on January 10, 1929. She is also preceded in death by her loving husband of 55 years, Joe Park Brady.

Rebekah enjoyed gardening, canning, and reading. She was well known for her Sunday dinners with her family and she adored her grandchildren. Rebekah was very generous and had huge heart for helping others.

She was an avid animal lover, especially cats. Rebekah is survived by children: Peggy (Albert) Campbell and Joe (Rose Mary) Brady; grandchildren: Kelly (David) Haynie, Kevin (Jennifer) Campbell, Scott (Kristie) Fields, Joey (Liz) Brady, Ryan (Vince) Ming, Dr. Meagan Brady, and Michael (Shea) Murray; 19 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild as well as many nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, September 8th at 11:30 AM in the chapel of Haisten Funeral Home.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to service. Pastor Jason Mentor will be officiating. Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.
