Regina Luebano Gutierrez was born in Tularosa, New Mexico on September 7, 1930. She peacefully entered heaven’s gate on December 7, 2018. She was a devoted wife, loving mother, homemaker and excellent cook.

She loved her rose garden. She was a proud lifetime member of the Alamogordo VFW Ladies’ Auxiliary #7686. One of her greatest personal achievements was attaining her GED at age 50 with a 4.
