Reme Henry Labbe, 49, of New London, passed away unexpectedly on Thanksgiving, November 22, 2018. He was born on May 5, 1969, the son of Raynald E. Jr. and the late Bernadette (Violette) Labbe. Reme was passionate about his commercial fishing job which he began in 2005.

He loved to bring his beloved Pitbull Rusty for walks every day. He also loved cooking, serving others, and watching Nascar- particularly Dale Earnhardt. He was an avid Boston Red Sox and Dallas Cowboys fan.

He is survived by his Fiancé, Lisa Newsome of New London, son Benjamin H. Labbe and his children Alexander and Cayesie of Dayville, brother Mark R. Labbe and his wife Michelle of Windham, brother Brian W. Labbe and his wife Jennifer of Bristol, brother Raynald E. Labbe III of Willimantic, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family.
