He was born on June 6, 1964 in Rio Bravo Tamaulipas. He is preceded in death by his Father, Felix Carrillo (+) his Mother, Juana Ontiveros Carrillo (+).

He is survived, by his Wife, Amelia M. Carrillo and by his Son, Felix (Magda Gonzalez) Carrillo also by his Daughter, Pearle (Juan Pablo Vela) Carrillo, also by his Grand-Son. He is also survived by his Brothers and Sisters, Juan Carrillo, Janay Beltran, Gilberto Carrillo, and Arturo Carrillo, Santos Carrillo, Guadalupe Rodriguez also by numerous Nieces and Nephews.
