OBITUARY Rev. Ellen McBride Zuppardo May 22, 1938 – October 19, 2018 80, of Largo, passed away October 19, 2018. Ellen was a powerful woman.
She was a beautiful soul who loved her family immensely and beyond measure. She also loved every person who needed her like they were family. She instilled love, confidence, faith and courage in everyone who ever sought her guidance.
Ellen achieved many things in life. She was fearless when it came to trying new things. Ellen was a professional Psychic and Spiritual Minister.
Ellen earned her Ph.D. in Metaphysical Science and spent her life sharing her gifts and teaching. Ellen had many students in her life, not just in Metaphysics but in life survival in general. She loved music and loved playing the piano.
Her talents were many! She was an artist and enjoyed calligraphy. She was artistic in many ways.
She wrote songs, children’s books, was an avid knitter, loved crocheting and quilting. All of her kids, grandkids and great-grandkids reaped the benefits of her many artistic gifts. If you knew Ellen you knew she never missed her wrestling!
She knew every wrestler and their life story. Ellen loved computers and electronics. Sometimes her office looked like NASA!
She had many interests and careers. In her 50’s she became an OB/GYN nurse and doula. It was a job she loved!
Ellen LOVED flowers, especially roses! Ellen’s sense of humor was like no other. Many may have found her to be whacky at times, but this was her gift and effort to spread constant joy.
Her imagination was never ending. This gift made every moment with her grandchildren fun, silly and memorable. Anyone could talk to Ellen about ANYTHING.
She could hold a secret in confidence like none other. She never judged, scolded or made any mention of a person’s shortcomings. She only offered honesty, strength, truth and faith.
Ellen’s soul was beautiful and powerful. The English language does not hold enough words nor are there enough pages available to properly describe or do Ellen justice. She touched every human she met deeply.
She was loved and adored by her family, friends, colleagues, students and even her acquaintances. She is survived by her children, Joseph McBride, Daniel Bivona, Rebecca (Bivona-Zuppardo) Brady, Joseph Zuppardo, Mary Ann Zuppardo, Michael Zuppardo, RoseAnn Zuppardo and Elena Zuppardo; her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and those she considered her children and grandchildren.
