OBITUARY Rev. Gordon Browning April 11, 1933 – January 12, 2019 Browning, Rev. Gordon Lee, age 85, of Odenville, AL passed away on Saturday, January 12, 2019.

He is a multiple Bronze Star recipient during his service in the Army. Rev. Browning is survived by his wife of 66 years, Dollie Mae Browning; daughter, Karen Layton (Denny); son, Ronald Browning (Pam); sisters, Betty Compton (Hershel), Marline Patterson, Kathy Adkins and Shirley Cummings; grandchildren, Melissa McGriff, Kara Browning, and Anna Layton; great grandchildren, Zack McGriff, Isabelle DeFreese, Harrison McGriff, Harlow Thompson, Tallulah Thompson, Bodhi Thompson, and Norah Thompson; and great great grandson, RJ Hackworth and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held at Kilgroe Funeral Home on Monday, January 14, 2019 from 4:00PM until 7:00PM. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, January 15, 2019 at 2:00PM with burial to follow at Cedar Grove Cemetery. Kilgroe Funeral Home, Leeds directing services.
