Milford – On November 1, 2018, Rev. Kevin R. Bowers, died peacefully at home surrounded by loved ones. Kevin was born on June 5, 1950 in Galveston, TX to Joe and Dorothy Bowers.

He spent his formative years in Stamford, CT (where he graduated from Stamford High School). Kevin moved to Kalamazoo, MI after graduating from Juniata College. He met his wife Donna while in Kalamazoo.

Kevin received his Master of Divinity from McCormick Theological Seminary in Chicago. Rev. Bowers recently retired as Pastor at the First Presbyterian Church in Milford.

He enjoyed camping, gardening, and history. Rev. Bowers is survived by his wife of 43 years, Rev.

Donna Bowers. He is also survived by his son Dave, his daughter Jennifer, and her husband Rev. Bruce McVey, and grandchildren, Robbie and Reagan.

There will be a memorial service at 11AM on Wednesday 11/7/18 at the First Presbyterian Church, 101 S. Walnut St., Milford, DE 19963. In lieu of flowers, the family has asked donations in his name be made to First Presbyterian Church mission outreach.
