OBITUARY Reverend Willard Mullins April 4, 1926 – September 20, 2018 MULLINS, Reverend Willard, 92 of Tampa, went home to Glory on September 20, 2018. Reverend Mullins was predeceased by 13 siblings and Beulah his wife of 55 years. He was ordained in 1959 and pastored churches in Tennessee, South Carolina, Virginia, and Florida.

Reverend Mullins founded First Assembly of God in Ruskin, which is now known as Destiny Church. Reverend Mullins and wife Beulah owned and operated The Hoagie Hut Restaurant on Hillsborough Ave. in Tampa for many years.

He is survived by his daughter, Linda Anthony and her husband Larry, wife Mattie and her four children, extended family and friends. A visitation will be held 10am, Thursday, September 27th followed by a funeral service being conducted at 11 am, at Blount & Curry Funeral Home at the Garden of Memories, 4207 E. Lake Ave. , Tampa, FL.

Interment to follow at Myrtle Hill Memorial Park.
