Reynaldo (Rey) Garcia, 59, of Pharr, TX went to be with our Lord & Savior on 9/28/18 in his home surrounded by his loving family. Rey was born in La Blanca, TX to Adan & Maria Garcia on 6/27/59. He had a heart of gold and a deep and positive way of touching people.

Rey enjoyed watching classic cowboy movies and he had a love for food especially a hamburger combo. He was known for snapping his fingers, clapping his hands, and moving his tiny feet to the beat of the music. Rey is preceded in death by his parents Adan & Maria Garcia; brothers, Noe & Danny Garcia; sisters, Dora & Ascencion Garcia.

He is survived by brothers, Alejandro (Rachel) Garcia, Rogelio (Angelica) Garcia, Lupe (Janie) Garcia, and Victor (Sandy) Garcia; sisters, Fela (Adam+) Dutchover, Virginia (Ronnie) Lowe, and Angie Garcia. Rey is also survived by numerous nephews & nieces. A special thanks to Mis Abuelitos Adult Day Care and Amara Hospice in Edinburg as well as Gilbert Segura and friends for going above and beyond in caring and loving Rey unconditionally.
