Rhodan P. Ramcharit, aged 77, of Fruitland Park, Florida passed away on May 2, 2019 at North Campus Rehabilitation Center in Leesburg, Florida surrounded by his loving family. Rhodan was born on September 24, 1941 in Port Mourant Corentyne, Guyana to his parents Esar Ramcharit and Matrani (Bisram) Ramcharit. He had worked in the Sugar Cane Industry as a Field Worker.

He and his loving wife moved to Fruitland Park in 2004 from Somerset, New Jersey. He was of the Hindu faith. Loved to work in his garden and playing cards with friends and family and always wanted to win.

He loved to be surrounded by his family. He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years Paramdei Ramcharit of Fruitland Park, FL; two sons: Mohan Ramcharit and his wife Rita of Groveland, FL and Sunil Ramcharit of Leesburg, FL; seven daughters: Leisha Deonarine and husband Daniel of Fruitland Park, FL, Selena Jagdeo and husband Doulat of Somerset, NJ, Sunita Ramcharit of Bronx, NT, Babita Narine of Schnectady, NY, Chandra Ramcharit and her Significant Other, Delon Manns of Leesburg, FL, Rani Maystry and husband Kesho of Groveland, FL and Pamela Ramcharit and her significant Other, Derik Singh of Groveland, FL; two sisters: Diawantie of Schnectady, NY and Swarsatie of Orlando, FL; twenty seven grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren and several loving nieces and nephews.
