Rhonda was born November 23, 1959 in St. Joseph, Missouri to John and Bonnie (Bernard) Fleming. She was preceded in death by her father, John.

Rhonda was a 1978 graduate of Polo High School. She was known for making excellent sugar cookies, loved shopping for antiques and avid dog lover. On March 29, 2004, Rhonda married Doug Howe.

Survivors: daughter, Lacey (Lee) Spicer, Cameron; son, Willie Howe (Erin Bradshaw), Meadville, MO; mother, Bonnie Fleming, Cameron; 2 brothers, Ron (Debbie) Fleming, Kingston, MO and Jim Fleming, Dallas, TX; 3 grandchildren, Gracee, Kymber and Braelyn Spicer; nephew, Ryan (Melissa) Fleming and niece, Dana Fleming; great-nephews, Andrew and Ethan Fleming. Services: 2:00 PM, Thursday, April 19, 2018 at Poland-Thompson Funeral Home, Cameron. Visitation: 6-8:00 PM, Wednesday evening at the funeral home.
