Richard Bonkowski Lifelong Belleville Resident Beloved Brother and Uncle, 70 Mr. Richard Bonkowski, 70, of Belleville, NJ, passed away on Saturday, December 15, 2018. The funeral will be conducted from the Biondi Funeral Home of Nutley, 540 Franklin Avenue on Saturday, December 22 at 8:45 a.m. There will be a Funeral Mass celebrated at St. Peter’s Church, Belleville at 10:00 a.m. The entombment will be at Holy Cross Chapel Mausoleum, North Arlington. Visitation will be on Friday, December 21 from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. Mr. Bonkowski was born in Montclair, NJ and was a lifelong resident of Belleville, NJ.

He was a Maintenance Mechanic for the Kearny Bulk Facility, Kearny, NJ for many years. Mr. Bonkowski served honorably in the Army National Guard. He is survived by his beloved brother James Thomas and his wife Linda, and his beloved sisters Joan D’Atrio and her husband Alan, and Patricia Matarazzo and her husband Rev.

Philip. He is also by his loving nieces and nephews Paul Thomas, James Thomas, David D’Atrio and Donna Hussey. Mr. Bonkowski is predeceased by his parents Rudolph and Philomena (nee Bonastia) Bonkowski.
