Obituary Richard E. Westcott, 86, residing in Milan, passed away Wednesday evening, May 8, 2019 at Ohio Veteran’s Home after a brief illness. Richard was born on April 1, 1933 in Sandusky, OH to the late Paul and Mary (Harmon) Westcott. Richard graduated from Milan High School in 1951.

He was a Veteran of the Air Force who proudly served his country during the Korean War.
